It does not cover the websites of the insurance carriers, the federal Marketplace at HealthCare.gov, Medicare.gov, or any other third party you may be directed to during an application. Once you are on one of those sites, that organization's own privacy policy governs what happens to your information. ## § 02Information collected **Information you give us.** If you submit the quote form on this site, you provide your name, email address, phone number, the city you live in, the type(s) of coverage you are interested in, and anything you choose to write in the message field. If you call, text, or email instead, we keep whatever you share in that conversation. Nothing on this site requires you to submit a Social Security number, a date of birth, a policy number, or payment details, and you should not send those through the website form. When an application genuinely requires that information, it is collected directly through the carrier's or the Marketplace's own secure system. **Information collected automatically.** The site is a static website hosted on Netlify. Standard server logs record technical details such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages requested. These logs exist for security and reliability, not for building a profile of you. The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party advertising or tracking pixels. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers receive the request for the font files. ## § 03How the information is used Information you submit is used to respond to you, to prepare and compare plan options, to complete an application with a carrier or the Marketplace when you ask us to, to service the policy afterward, and to contact you about annual renewals and enrollment deadlines that affect your coverage. By submitting the form or texting the number listed on this site, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, or email at the contact details you provided. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by asking in writing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell or rent contact lists to lead vendors, marketing companies, or other agents. ## § 04Who it is shared with Your information is shared only where it is needed to do the work you asked for: with insurance carriers and their underwriters when you ask us to submit an application or a quote request; with HealthCare.gov, Medicare, or a state agency where an enrollment requires it; with HealthMarkets, the agency through which some policies are written; with the vendors that operate this website and its form submissions; and where the law requires it, such as a subpoena, a regulatory audit, or a state insurance department inquiry. Health-related information gathered in the course of an insurance application is treated as confidential and is handled according to the privacy rules that apply to insurance producers and to the carriers involved, including HIPAA where applicable. ## § 05Retention and security Client records are kept for as long as needed to service your policies and to satisfy Florida insurance recordkeeping requirements, which generally run several years past the end of a policy. Inquiries that never become policies are kept for a shorter period and then discarded. Electronic records are kept in access-controlled systems; paper records are kept in a locked office. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not email sensitive identifiers such as a Social Security number. ## § 06Your choices You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where no legal or regulatory obligation requires us to keep it, and ask us to stop contacting you.
